Patient Billing
For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Care Credit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (469) 617-2522. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.

In our effort to alleviate your stress so you can focus on the importance of receiving the dental care you need, our office will fill out all the necessary paperwork and file your claim, as a courtesy to you, with your insurance carrier.
In some cases, dental implants are considered medically necessary and may be covered by your medical insurance, not just dental insurance. Our team verifies benefits, handles documentation, and works directly with your insurance company to simplify the process for you.

She graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Pakistan and in 2022 with her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry, a prestigious institution known for its focus on clinical excellence and community health.
